Museum Attendant needed in Southampton

This is a temporary contract paying £13.68ph PAYE

2 roles available: 25 hours and 30 hours. Both require Saturday shifts.

• Work closely to establish best-practice customer service standards, hosting reopening events, welcoming visitors back to the gallery, celebrating our collection, exhibitions and events while encouraging donations and promoting our refreshed retail offer.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for all visitors by undertaking an active customer-focused role.
• Recruit flexible individuals who can combine front-of-house service, exhibition invigilation, event hosting and who enjoy working as part of a small and dynamic team.
• Support the venue’s reopening; there will be some regular evenings and other mid-week shifts when needed.
