The Role

The Princess Cruises Outbound Senior Personal Cruise Advisor is accountable for meeting individual sales targets by proactively working to secure bookings from assigned guest leads. As a trusted expert in our product, through knowledge and expertise you will provide existing and new to brand guests with tailored recommendations and customised cruise packages. Consistently delivering against all sales related targets and contributing to the overall business’s success.

Key

accountabilities include:
  • Proactively contact leads, through outbound dialling & email, to develop relationships and generate sales
  • Ensure all opportunities to maximise revenue are utilised, through upgrades, cross selling and additional products / services
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of current commercial focuses, campaigns & programme launches and proactively market these to your assigned leads.
  • Maintain excellent product and brand knowledge to aid the close of a sale.
  • Contribute to feedback on the success of campaigns & programme launches, suggestions on new initiatives to secure more sales and share guest sentiment
  • Responsible for processing credit/debit card transactions confidentially and accurately
  • Establish, manage, own, and develop relationships with all assigned guest leads, both past & new to brand to generate repeat bookings
  • Support guests with actioning any amendments to their reservations and advise on any questions they may have, via email and both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Confidently handle challenging situations, proactively owning, and resolving any issues and complaints

This role is classified as CUK
12 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in our Southampton office.

Personal Cruise Senior Advisor:
What you need to know

Interview Process – will include a one way video interview, an online assessment and a face to face interview at an assessment day at Carnival House (this will include an Icebreaker, Q&A with a member of the team, a group activity and a 121 interview with competency style questions)

Assessment Date – 20th March 2026

Training: first 6 weeks will be with our training team;
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
Average working hours are 37.5 per week.
You will be required to work shifts between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:30am-6pm and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-5pm.
