Position
Service Advisor – Hedge End
Basic Salary – £27,000
On Target Earnings – £36,000 (Uncapped)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, 1 hour lunch break. No weekends.
- £27,000 basic salary
- OTE of £36,000 uncapped
- 30 days holiday plus additional days for length of service at 5, 10, 15, 20 year anniversaries

- Meet and greet customers
- Explain the work due to be carried out on customers’ vehicles
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork
- Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
- Liaise with Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers
- Invoicing work carried out and explaining invoices to customers
- Take payment and provide invoice explanation
- Quote, introduce and sell Service Plans
- Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised dealership experience
- Kerridge or Pinnacle experience
- 30 days holiday, plus extra days for 5, 10, 15, 20 year anniversaries
- Birthday day off
