Halliburton is seeking a Customer Success & Support Geoscientist to help customers maximise the value of their Neftex subscription. You will blend geoscience expertise with customer engagement, technical support, and training to drive adoption and success.
You will act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, providing onboarding, workflow guidance, and ongoing engagement while liaising with Product Management and Development to relay feedback and enhancements.
