Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor in Guildford, Surrey Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a reputable, family-run automotive service centre? We are working with a well-established workshop in Guildford that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales Customer Services team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional capable of working independently, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Managing workshop bookings and workflow independently Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers Advising customers on recommended work and scheduling services Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims Maintaining long-term relationships with clients Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy Enhancing the customer experience through attentive and proactive service Confidently handling all customer interactions independently Requirements:
Significant experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade Ability to work confidently on your own with minimal supervision Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes Self-motivated, proactive, and professional in approach Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Service Advisor seeking a role that offers independence, career progression, and a supportive environment.
