Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run independent garage located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This Service Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals aiming to progress within the automotive industry in a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting workshop operations.

Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience Ongoing training and development prospects Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm, with some flexibility Supportive team environment prioritising customer satisfaction Opportunity to develop trade knowledge and industry experience Duties of a Service Advisor:
Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries efficiently Book and manage service appointments aligned with workshop capacity Maintain accurate customer records and documentation as a Service Advisor Liaise with the workshop and technical team to facilitate smooth workflow Deliver excellent customer service throughout the service journey Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or a similar industry Strong communication and organisational skills Professional and approachable demeanour Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and well-organised with a proactive attitude This role provides a rewarding career pathway within the automotive sector.
