Southampton City Council’s Itchen bridge team is seeking a Casual Toll coordinator to cover leave and sickness absences. The role is public-facing and based on evenings and weekends, within a small team delivering frontline customer service to bridge users.
You will be IT literate, able to handle unpredictable workflows with initiative, and bring customer service experience and GCSEs in Maths and English to support smooth traffic flow for the city.
