We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's franchised dealership team in Glasgow. Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the key point of contact between the customer and the dealership Promote and upsell additional products and services effectively, including add-ons initiatives Conduct general administrative duties related to service bookings and customer records Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritised throughout the service process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Support the workshop team with relevant service administration Requirements for the Service Advisor are:
