Customer Service Assistant - Email & Live Chat £13.80 per hour | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | Motherwell 12-Week Initial Contract | Potential for Extension Are you confident communicating with customers and enjoy providing a friendly, professional service? We are currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants to join an established client based in Motherwell . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential , as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting customers through email and live webchat , ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via email and live webchat Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer support Handling and resolving customer queries accurately and promptly Working towards individual performance and customer service targets Maintaining a high standard of written communication Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all customer interactions Delivering a positive customer experience every time About You We are looking for people who are:
Confident communicators with excellent written and verbal skills Customer-focused and professional Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Able to work towards targets and deadlines Quick to learn and confident taking on new information Positive, reliable and willing to develop their skills Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
