Sales Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing national organisation in its search for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience with customer service or account coordination who enjoys building strong client relationships and working within a fast paced environment. DAY TO DAY:
Responding to customer enquiries and delivering a high standard of service Preparing quotations, pricing information and supporting documentation Processing customer orders and ensuring details are recorded accurately Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems Coordinating communication between customers, sales teams and operational departments Monitoring outstanding quotations and following up on potential opportunities Supporting the management of key customer accounts Following up leads passed through from the technician Producing sales reports, trackers and account information WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in customer support position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A confident and professional telephone manner Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel The ability to learn new systems quickly A proactive and commercially aware approach The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team If you are an experienced customer service professional looking to develop your career within sales coordination, we would love to hear from you.
