Our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced motor industry team.

THE ROLE You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, responsible for:
Handling a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently Arranging customer bookings and appointments Organising customers to come into the business Keeping accurate notes and updating customer records Providing friendly, professional customer service Managing multiple calls and tasks while remaining calm and organised THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Our client is looking for someone who is:
