Responsibilities Manage all aspects of customer service for Clients. Process customer orders accurately. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely production. Coordinate delivery of goods. Handle customer queries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records using business software systems. Requirements Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficient user of Microsoft applications. Strong communication and organisation skills.
