Step into a role with a clear route to Associate level, working on developer-led residential schemes and taking real ownership of technical delivery. This position offers project responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to play a key part in a growing practice.

• Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD
• Deliver residential projects typically ranging from 30–300 units
• Manage workload and programme across multiple projects
• Oversee and support team members, reviewing drawings to maintain standards
• Act as a key client contact and help build long-term relationships
• Resolve technical and design issues with practical solutions
• Assist with fee proposals and project planning

• Architectural Technician with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong background in UK residential projects
  , ideally developer-led schemes
• High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience coordinating projects and working with house builders
• Revit experience beneficial but not essential

• Salary around £38,000
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office after probation)
