This is a full-time on-site role in Southampton for an Architectural Technician. The role involves preparing technical and construction drawings, developing architectural designs, and using computer-aided design (CAD) tools. The Architectural Technician will collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on schedule with a high level of accuracy and detail.

• Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture
• Experience in preparing Technical Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Skilled in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in design and documentation
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards is a plus
• Relevant academic background or certification in architectural technology or a related field
