Position: HLTA - Secondary School (Permanent)
ANZUK are partnered with a reputable secondary school in Southampton, who are currently looking for an HLTA. This school focuses on helping children to reach their full potential in all aspects of school life, so that they feel supported and fulfilled. The school is well resourced and offers excellent support for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted interventions and support for SEMH students

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who find school difficult

• Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment

• Contribute to the wider life of the academy and their inclusive ethos
What They are Looking For:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience

• A strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach

• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
