Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary SEMH Setting

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Contract:

Temporary via Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to become permanent after successful probation

• Work within small class groups with a high LSA-to-pupil ratio
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs
• Receive daily CPD, fully funded by the school, ensuring continuous professional development
• School finish time varies between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm to accommodate CPD sessions
• Work initially through Teaching Personnel, with a view to becoming permanent following a successful probation period

• Prior experience working with children with additional needs — professional or personal
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
• A patient, nurturing approach and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children with SEMH

• Supportive leadership and collaborative staff team
