Teaching Personnel is expanding our dedicated team and we are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and committed staff to work across SEN schools in the Southampton area.

• SEN Teachers
• Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
• Teaching Assistants (TAs)

We are recruiting a large number of staff for immediate starts to support a range of specialist schools, including those supporting pupils with autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties.

• Support Staff (LSA/TA): £13.75 per hour
• Qualified SEN Teachers: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (pay to scale)

• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
• Patience, empathy, and resilience
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Experience in SEN settings is desirable, but not essential for support roles
• QTS required for teaching roles
• A driving licence is not essential, but would be beneficial

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
