Maths Teacher

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher in Southampton. You will join a well-regarded department and deliver high-quality mathematics education across Key Stages 3 and 4.

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons following the national curriculum.
• Prepare students for GCSE success in mathematics.
• Use data to assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively within an established maths department, contributing to planning, resources and teaching strategies.
• Take part in tutoring, interventions, and extra‑curricular mathematics activities such as maths clubs or competitions.

An Ofsted inspection in June 23 confirmed the school continues to beGood, with particular recognition of its strong leadership and supportive staff culture. Inspectors noted that leaders actively manage staff workload and wellbeing, creating a positive environment for teaching and learning.
