Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are currently seeking SEN Supply Teachers to work in Southampton across a range of SEN schools, providing essential support on day to day, short-term and long-term basis.

Teaching students with a variety of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Providing engaging and adaptable lessons to meet individual learning styles.
Supporting students' academic and personal development in a nurturing environment.
Working collaboratively with support staff and SEN professionals.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing appropriate strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in SEN settings.
Primary and Secondary qualified teachers looking to work in SEN schools.
Experience working with students with additional needs.
A flexible and resilient approach with the ability to adapt to different settings.
A passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential.
