Key Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with NPQH or equivalent desirable.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for pupils.
