Supporting Classroom Learning:
Working with whole classes to deliver planned learning activities Small Group Teaching:
Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress One-to-One Support:
Providing individualised learning support where required Safeguarding and Welfare:
Promoting pupil safety and wellbeing at all times Behaviour Support:
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning Lesson Preparation:
Assisting teachers with resources and classroom organisation Progress Monitoring:
Observing and reporting on pupil development and attainment Inclusive Practice:

Qualification:

Hold a recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification School-Based

Experience:

Previous experience working within a school setting Safeguarding Knowledge: A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection Positive Attitude:
Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges Professional Integrity:
Able to act with professionalism and discretion Teamwork
