We’re seeking dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to support two children with different needs in a local, Southampton 3‑form entry school. Both pupils present behaviours that need addressing quickly and confidently. It is essential you are strong, calm, and consistent, with the confidence to follow agreed strategies, apply boundaries fairly, and respond proactively before situations escalated.
Whether you have a background in care, personal experience, or a passion for helping others—if you bring empathy, patience, and a resilient mindset, this role could be your next step.
