As a Supply Teacher, you will step into different classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
• Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and student needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student progress and any notable concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous teaching or classroom experience is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
