We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands‑on Regional Marketing Manager to help power growth across our dealer network. If you love turning strategy into action, building strong partnerships, and delivering marketing that genuinely moves the dial, this one’s for you.

This position is fully on‑site and open to candidates located anywhere within a commutable distance of our operational sites across Devon and Hampshire.

• Planning and delivering regional and site–level marketing activity
• Driving lead performance through digital, CRM, social and local campaigns
• Managing OEM relationships, co‑funded budgets, and brand compliance
• Analyzing performance using GA and insight to continually improve results
• Coordinating events, partnerships, PR, and local engagement
• Ensuring FCS, OEM, and brand standards are met at all times

You’re organised, proactive and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. You think commercially, act decisively, and adapt easily as priorities shift.

• Proven experience in regional or multi‑site marketing
• Strong digital and lead generation expertise
• Confidence working with OEMs, stakeholders, and dealer teams
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong leadership skills
