At Class Cover, we are experiencing increased demand and expanding our partnerships with local schools. We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Staff to work across a range of supportive schools in Southampton and the surrounding towns.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong classroom support and behaviour management skills
• Confidence supporting pupils across different age groups and abilities
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Experienced Teaching Assistants and SEN TAs
• Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
• Individuals with relevant childcare or education experience
