DT Technician – Design & Technology Department

Cantell School is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable DT Technician to support our Design and Technology Department. The role involves assisting teachers and students during practical activities, preparing resources, maintaining safe and organised work spaces, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

• Support practical learning activities in the DT department.
• Prepare and organize resources and materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional delivery.

• Must be 18 years or older due to health and safety regulations regarding machinery operation.
• Experience or an early stage in a technical or educational setting is desirable.
• Practical, organised and keen to develop technical skills.
• Ability to promote high quality teaching and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
• A passion for improving students' lives and opportunities.
