We are seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Southampton.

Responsibilities

Delivering pre-set lessons during teacher absence
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting students across a range of subjects
Maintaining a calm and productive learning environment
Encouraging student engagement and participation

Qualifications

Experience working with young people
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Flexible and proactive attitude
Confidence working independently in classrooms

Degree preferred but not essential
