Cleaner, Teacher Assistant​/ Paraprofessional

Luminous Oak Academy are seeking to appoint a hardworking and committed individual to join the Site Team.

Opening in September 2026 with 40 pupils in Years 5 to 8, Luminous Oak will grow over three years to be a state‑of‑the‑art, 125-place academy for pupils in Years 4 to 11, based in the heart of the Boorley Gardens development in Eastleigh.

Named by pupils within our Trust, Luminous Oak represents strength, growth, and resilience, reflecting our commitment to empowering children and young people to thrive.

The role will include working in a team providing cleanliness to the highest standard, helping to keep the academy safe for our pupils, meeting with Health and Safety regulations and security needs.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and able to foster good working relationships within the establishment.

Term Time only plus three weeks

Actual Salary £6,368

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

You will work for 42 weeks of the year; however, you will be paid for 48.6 weeks. Your salary will be paid over 12 months of the year.
