Are you a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners? Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join a caring and inclusive school community in Southampton.

• Provide 1:1 or small‑group support to pupils with SEN
• Assist in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions
• Encourage positive learning behaviours, independence, and confidence
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider support team
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies

• Experience supporting children with SEN (desired but not essential)
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
