A primary education provider in Southampton is seeking a compassionate and resilient Special Needs Assistant. This full-time role involves supporting children with complex learning difficulties and assisting in their learning and personal hygiene. Ideal candidates will have a GCSE C or above in English and Maths, and preferably experience in a school setting. The successful applicant will work in classes of up to 9 pupils and help create a nurturing environment.
