As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve success.

• Supporting learning across the curriculum
• Working with individual pupils and small groups
• Supporting children with additional learning, physical, emotional or behavioural needs
• Encouraging independence, confidence and resilience
• Assisting with monitoring pupil progress
• Supporting children's welfare and wellbeing
