Overview

The organisation and delivery of University Open Days for Undergraduate and Postgraduate prospective students is an essential component to recruit high quality students and showcase what the University of Southampton has to offer.

• Organise and deliver University Open Days as a maternity cover.
• Lead a small team and coordinate with the wider Student Recruitment, Marketing and Events Department during event delivery.
• Support other in‑person and virtual events within the Student Recruitment Event Team.

• Experience managing complex, large‑scale events with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of the education sector is desirable, though not essential.
• Proven record of complex event management and passion for the sector.
