Position: 1:1 Tutor

TP Tutors is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition across Southampton and the surrounding areas
.

This rewarding opportunity involves supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and other SEND requirements. Through tailored tuition, you'll help learners build confidence, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful academic progress.

Location: Southampton and surrounding areas

Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities

Pay: £25–£30 per hour

Delivery: One-to-one sessions in schools, learners' homes and community settings

  • Full willingness to travel throughout Southampton and nearby areas
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Patient, encouraging and empathetic
  • Adaptable and creative in your approach to teaching
  • Organised, reliable and professional
  • Passionate about helping every learner reach their full potential
