Protocol Education is seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants for a specialist provision in Gateshead. The role supports secondary pupils with SEMH needs in a trauma-informed, relationship-based environment.
You will work with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals to help pupils regulate emotions, stay engaged and build independence. A full-time September start is required, with DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
