We are seeking a compassionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Newbury, Berkshire (RG20). This role focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Condition, helping them settle and access learning throughout the day.
Mornings support the wider class; afternoons are 1:1; you will collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO and staff to implement tailored strategies, promote inclusion and positive behaviour, and monitor progress.
