Engage Education in Haywards Heath is seeking a Trainee SEND Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and other needs. No prior school experience required—full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
The role runs full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4pm, during term-time, with opportunities for progression into teaching, psychology, social work or therapy paths.
