1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary School (SEN Support)

Location: Millbrook

We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a primary school setting.

This rewarding full-time role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day by providing consistent support, encouragement, and reassurance to help pupils feel confident, secure and ready to learn.

• Pay rate: £14.25 per hour
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, term time only
• Contract: Full-time
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups
• Helping to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

• A minimum of two years’ employment history
• A calm, nurturing and patient approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• A Child DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
