Core Subject Tutors Needed | Southport & Surrounding Areas | £25–£28 per hour

Looking to step away from the pressures of the classroom while still making a genuine difference in education?

We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science Tutors across Southport and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way, whether they need a confidence boost, additional academic support, or alternative provision due to SEND/SEMH needs.

Focused 1:1 Support
Deliver tailored face-to-face tuition sessions outside of a traditional classroom environment.

Freedom to Teach Your Way
Plan and adapt lessons around each pupil's individual learning style, pace, and needs.

Flexible Working
Choose the hours that suit your lifestyle, whether you're looking for a few sessions each week or a fuller timetable.

Rewarding Outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with your learners and see the direct impact of your support on their confidence and progress.

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
• A good understanding of the UK National Curriculum
• The ability to adapt teaching approaches to engage individual learners
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience

• Competitive pay of £25–£28 per hour
• Flexible hours from 1 to 25 hours per week
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
