Milk Education is recruiting a SEND Support Worker to join a school-based team in Farnborough, supporting young people with a range of PMLD.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with EHCPs where required, and help pupils feel safe, included and engaged in learning. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available to fit your schedule. The role also involves supporting wellbeing and collaborating with teachers and external professionals to ensure positive progression.
