Marchant Recruitment is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor for a large secondary school in Mansfield. The role supports students who struggle with the standard curriculum, helping them manage emotions and build social skills for classroom and everyday life.
The post is full-time, term-time only, with immediate start. Salary ranges from £23,000 to £26,500 pro-rata, dependent on experience. Experience in mentoring and behavior support is desirable.
