The Bedford College Group is seeking a Motorsport Development Worker to join the Motorsport department at the National College for Motorsport – Silverstone. The role focuses on student welfare, attendance, progression support, safeguarding, and work placement coordination to help Motorsport students succeed.
You'll monitor progress, provide targeted support, and collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to promote wellbeing, inclusion, and consistent achievement across campus sites
