Milk Education is seeking a Positive Behaviour Mentor for a specialist SEMH school in Hillingdon. The role focuses on building trust, supporting emotional resilience, and guiding students toward positive choices within a safeguarding framework.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted interventions to promote pro-social behaviour and personal growth, with start dates in June 2026 or September 2026. This is a stepping stone towards Forensic Psychology and Youth Justice careers.
