Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH across Romford and Basildon from September. You will work with teaching staff and pastoral teams to provide targeted support and help students develop coping strategies for challenging behaviours.
The role requires a calm, patient approach, strong communication, and willingness to work across multiple school sites. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
