Qualiteach Education Group in London, Redbridge, seeks a dedicated Behaviour Manager for a primary school. You will lead behaviour support, working with SLT, SENCO, staff and external agencies to improve pupil outcomes and foster a positive school culture.
The role entails developing behaviour plans, delivering pastoral interventions, supporting attendance and running 1:1 or small group sessions for pupils with SEMH, ASD and ADHD. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
