South Hampshire College Group is seeking Transition and Pastoral Support Coaches across Southampton, Eastleigh and Fareham to help learners overcome barriers to success. You will deliver targeted transition, pastoral, wellbeing, behaviour and attendance support to learners who may require SEMH support.
These roles are term-time only (38 weeks) with benefits including generous annual leave, enhanced employer pension contribution, and regular training.
