Lea Manor High School is seeking an Attendance Officer to support rapid and sustained improvement in pupil attendance. This permanent role, 37 hours per week over 39 weeks (term time plus training days), offers an attractive NJC level salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will monitor attendance, liaise with families and staff, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare processes. The successful candidate will be positive, resilient and committed to helping every student flourish
