Richard Taunton Sixth Form College is seeking a Progress and Support Tutor to join our team. This non-teaching role focuses on pastoral support, attendance and progression monitoring, and delivering weekly tutorials to enhance student development and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will nurture positive relationships with students, liaise with families and external agencies, and contribute to a holistic approach to learner success during term-time.
