Oasis Academy Lords Hill in Southampton is seeking dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our internal supply pool across Lord's Hill, Mayfield and Sholing. You will support students in classrooms, work with teachers to deliver inclusive learning, and provide targeted support for students with additional needs.
This role offers flexibility, consistency of work within one school setting, and opportunities to build strong relationships with staff and students.
