£14.25 per hour | September Start | Long-Term Position

A well-established SEND school in Southampton is seeking compassionate Autism Support Practitioners to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in helping students achieve both academically and personally.
Your Role- Providing classroom support to pupils with Autism and associated needs
- Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and social interaction
- Supporting students to access learning activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Working collaboratively with staff and families
- Experience with in education, care or support settings is beneficial
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Passion for supporting young people with SEND
- £14.25 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Term time only
- Long-term placement
- Friendly and supportive team
