West Heath School is seeking two Progress and Support Tutors to join the college’s student support services. The role is non-teaching but requires a holistic approach to student development, including wellbeing and academic progress, across tutor groups of 180–220 students. You will lead weekly tutorials and provide coordinated pastoral support.
Hours are 37 per week, term-time only (39 weeks). Salary on LLT Spine Point 26 (£28,632 FTE; £24,612 Actual).
